Ann Coulter is at it again ...

Ann has summed up the Teri Schiavo case in a nutshell.
And here is a good account of her lecture in Kansas University's Lied Center Tuesday night.

Did Teri receive justice? No. Consider this: If Teri committed a crime she would be intitled to a jury of her peers. Her fate was determined by one wacko Florida judge. That judge should have used the same standard that every jury is held to; you must determine the merits of the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Do we know what Teri wanted? No. Is there doubt when we consider her husband's motivation? Yes. This is a sad chapter in our history. The pro-death crowd won this battle. On Palm Sunday we recited the passion of Christ. This has always been dificult for me. This year it was particurly difficult as I heard echoes of the pro-death mob and the media "cruisify her!". I (and millions around the world) were powerless to help. Once again we have slaughtered the innocent.
Do my words offend you? Shove it, have a nice day.

The Parade

Yesterday we rode fire engine EZ in the St Patrick's Day parade.
I was sitting next to Renee. We were talking about her paralyzing fear of clowns. As the parade started a couple of really weird clowns walked by. I said look at those bastards, Renee said "They can't help it; they're just clowns."

We had a great time. The parade ended early for us as our driver decided to make a mad dash for the Lair when the rest of the parade turned off of broad street.
You should have seen all the stuff that fell off the fire truck.

We had a great evening. We enjoyed great food, drink and music provided by Doc John Fisher.

Why is it that the only shirts that fit me are "Athletic Fit"?

And away we go ...

This is my first post to our blog.
Not much to report:
- I gave the final to my CIS149 (C++ Windows Programming) class. They delivered a design for the mid-term and a programming project for the final. A fun time was had by all.
- Setup Robin's web site Schweitzer Art Glass.
- Setup the Fox's Lair blog
- Jeannine was working downtown, stopped at a light on Laney Walker and a crack ho tried to get into her car. The ho saw coins on the dash and said "Hey you got some money how about give me some.." . Jeannine hit the gas and the ho tumbled out onto the street (unharmed).

Our neighbor Tommy sells houses on the side.
